Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of OTP Flow. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

OTP Flow provides an API for sending and verifying one-time passwords by SMS to Indian mobile numbers. Delivery depends on telecom operators and is provided on a best-effort basis.

2. Acceptable use

You may only send OTPs to recipients who have requested them, for legitimate verification purposes. Spam, phishing, harassment and any unlawful use are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension without refund.

3. Wallet & payments

The service is prepaid. Charges are deducted per OTP at your applicable rate. Charges for messages that could not be handed to the carrier are refunded automatically. Wallet balances are non-transferable. Payment gateway fees, where applicable, are shown before payment.

4. API keys

You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential and for all activity under them.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OTP Flow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by carriers or third parties.

6. Changes

We may update these terms and pricing; continued use after changes means you accept them.
